Grounds Duties 3rd-5th July **Updated U6/7s**

2 Jul by Emma Graham

Please remember when at home, our fields need to be set up and ready 30 mins before your scheduled kick off.

Check Dribl on the morning of your game for any last-minute changes (e.g. ground changes, KO time changes or forfeits) – also keep an eye on the Hills Football Association Facebook page for last minute field closure communications on the day (e.g. due to wet weather). Note most last-minute ground changes tend to take place on Friday afternoons once council advise of any ground closures for the weekend.

Attention all Managers – Forfeit process

If your team needs to forfeit, please look to do so at least 2 days before, to ensure the club isn’t fined or the team penalised. Also, please ensure you attempt to borrow players from other teams first before forfeiting your game. If you need to forfeit, please ensure you take the following two steps:

(1) Text me on 0418 933 021 providing your team name, KO time, opposition, field location and whether you have home ground duties

(2) Select the forfeit button in your match sheet in Dribl.

If you follow the above and provide enough notice, we can ensure HFI, the referee/s and other team are notified of the forfeit in a timely manner.

Have a great weekend!
